Systems Solutions is an Information Technology Managed Services Provider located in Paducah, KY. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team!

Applicants should have strong customer service skills and experience troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop systems and applications. Experience supporting general networking, Microsoft Server operating systems, and virtualization is a plus.

Flexible schedule/ work from home:
This position will report to our Paducah office, but will consist of partial work from home, partial work at client locations in the Harrisburg, IL area, and partial work from the Paducah office.

Essential duties and skills include:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • n
  • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 Remote and Onsite technical support to clients.

  • n
  • Works effectively within a team structure.

  • n
  • Can effectively implement and provide support for business-class hardware/software.

  • Work within a ticketing system and maintain a ticket queue.

  • n
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date client documentation.

  • n
  • Maintain up-to-date records of work performed on trouble tickets.

  • n
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • n
  • Communicate effectively with users to provide updates on trouble tickets.

  • n
  • Maintain appropriate industry skills and certifications.

Ideal
Qualifications:

  • n
  • An Associates or Bachelor&s;s degree in a technology-related field.

  • n
  • 1-3 years providing IT support in a business environment.

  • n
  • 1-3 years customer service experience.

  • n

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
